Hello! I’m Deanna, and my lifelong passion has always been animals. From a young age, caring for my own pets, including cats, dogs, hamsters, chickens, and even a box turtle, instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and love for animal well-being. Currently, my home is ruled by my adored feline companions, Mowgli and Marley – the handsome orange cats you see pictured. They enjoy such a pampered life that friends and family often joke about wanting to be reincarnated as cats in my home!
My dream of working with animals became a reality when I joined a local veterinary hospital. I started as a receptionist and progressed to become a licensed veterinary technician. This experience at a busy animal hospital provided invaluable insight into the diverse needs and personalities of cats. I’ve since retired from the hospital setting, but my dedication to animal care remains stronger than ever. I maintain my veterinary technician license and regularly participate in continuing education seminars to stay updated with the best practices in animal care.
Retirement has granted me the precious gift of time and flexibility, allowing me to dedicate myself to providing exceptional care as your Cat Sitter. My profound love for all things feline, combined with my extensive experience and compassionate nature, ensures your kitties will receive the extra special attention and tender loving care they deserve.
