A larger kitchen is also part of the plan, paving the way for even more exciting and innovative ice cream creations, including their popular novelty ice cream dishes like ice cream nuggets. The Carters are aiming for a sweet Valentine’s Day opening on February 14th.

To personalize their new Valley Junction shop and truly embrace their “Black Cat” name, they’re calling on the community for help.
