To return your cat perch, please repack it in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS. Once we receive the returned perch, our team will inspect it, and we will process a FULL refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing after we receive the return before your refund is issued. Please note that returns requested after 45 days may not be accepted unless an extension has been granted.

We stand behind the quality of our cat perches. All solcat.net cat perches are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. Should you experience any functional defects within one year of receiving your perch, please contact us. We may request photos and/or videos to help assess the defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Resolution methods are at Mau’s discretion and may not always involve a full replacement.
