Ticket Information and Pricing
To enjoy quality time with our cats, tickets are priced at $15 for adults. We also offer discounted tickets at $2 off for children, students, seniors, and military personnel. For our very youngest cat enthusiasts, children under 1 year old are admitted free of charge. We believe in making our cat haven accessible to everyone who appreciates feline companionship.
Welcoming Families and Teaching Gentle Interactions
We are always thrilled to see the joy that young children find in interacting with our kitties! It’s also a wonderful opportunity to teach valuable lessons about consent and respectful interactions with animals. Children of all ages are welcome at Denver Cat Company, provided they are closely supervised by their parents or guardians and our simple rules are followed. While we don’t allow children to pick up the cats for the safety and comfort of the animals, they are welcome to have cats on their laps while seated and with adult assistance. Gentle petting and playing are encouraged, but we do ask for a classroom-like atmosphere: quiet voices and no running, please.
Adult Interactions and Cat Boundaries
Adults are welcome to pick up our cats, but we gently remind you that our feline residents have their own boundaries! Cats may scratch if they feel uncomfortable or are being handled in a way they don’t appreciate. We encourage respectful interaction and understanding of cat behavior to ensure a positive experience for both humans and cats.
Duration of Visit and Return Policy
While our reservation system technically limits visits to 50 minutes, this is simply a function of the booking software. In reality, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the company of our cats for as long as you wish! And if you decide you need a break for lunch or errands and want to return for more playtime on the same day, you are welcome to do so for free. Simply keep your receipt and present it upon your return.
Cancellations and Refunds
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. You can easily cancel or reschedule your reservation using the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email.
