45-Day Risk-Free Trial & Returns
We are confident that you and your cat will love our wooden cat trees. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 45-Day Risk-Free Trial.
If you decide that the wooden cat tree isn’t the perfect fit, simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your order. Please use this contact form to describe the issue and include pictures if necessary. Our dedicated support team will work with you to find a solution.
If a return is needed, we will provide you with a return label. Please repack the wooden cat tree in its original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS. Once we receive the returned cat tree and inspect it, you will receive a FULL refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive the return. Returns are not accepted after 45 days unless an extension has been granted.
1-Year Warranty for Peace of Mind
Every wooden cat tree from Solcat is backed by a 1-Year Warranty. This warranty covers any functional defects that may arise within one year of receiving your product.
If you experience any issues with your wooden cat tree due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with proof of the defect, such as photos or videos. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. Resolution methods are at Mau’s discretion and may not always involve a full replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
International Shipping
